Finding Help

Our office staff and volunteers are available from 9am – 4:30 pm every weekday on the phone to help you find mental health services or solve problems with mental health agencies you or someone you care about may be having. Just call 521-1846 (O`ahu) or 242-6461 (Maui).

Our Finding Help Phone List is a compilation of agencies and programs that offer services ranging from anger management, domestic violence, grief counseling, support groups, children and adolescent services, residential programs, veterans assistance, and many other categories of help.
